If your issue involves the usage of our software and you cannot find the answer by searching our Knowledge Base, User Guides, or Community Forum, then please submit a technical support ticket below using the email address you used to purchase your license. We will answer support tickets of trial users but priority support will given to license holders. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
